The problem

Every venue knows its own numbers. Nobody knows everyone's.

A fund sees pitch decks. A venue sees its own dashboards. Neither shows how every competitor is moving. AfriFlux measures the market from the outside, wallet by wallet, so investment, expansion, partnership, and product decisions begin with the same independent view.

What the data changed

The headline is rarely the whole finding.

Our proof is the work itself: published examples of AfriFlux data changing what an investor, operator, or issuer would conclude.

Issuer intelligence

₦163B looked like adoption. 98.5% was infrastructure.

Raw transfer volume told the wrong story about cNGN. After separating treasury movement, internal rotation, and automated infrastructure, only 1.5% remained as organic economic activity.

Category dominance

$5M in deposits ranks Azza 8th of 14. It still owns 68% of cNGN.

Azza just crossed $5.01M in validated customer deposits, which places it only eighth of fourteen venues by volume. But in cNGN it dominates: 68% of every cNGN deposit across our coverage, against Busha's 28%. Size and dominance aren't the same thing.

Verified on-chain

Grey claimed $61.4M. We verified $60.3M on-chain.

Grey runs its Personal and Business products on shared on-chain rails, a combined footprint of $60.29M across 39,403 addresses in four months, the strongest momentum of any African neobank we track. The chain also showed what a press number wouldn't: $3.1M in customer deposits sitting uncollected on Tron since a June provisioning halt.

Customers

In their words.

As an Africa-focused company, Spenda chose to work with AfriFlux to gain deeper stablecoin market intelligence that will support our growth and expansion across the continent in the coming quarters.
Spenda

Independence. Some of the companies we work with are venues we measure. Coverage and commercial relationships are kept separate: every venue's volumes, wallets and standing are computed from on-chain data on the same published method, and nothing a venue pays for changes what we publish about it.

Method

Every number opens its own receipt.

Key figures open their source, method and measurement window. Partial quarters are flagged rather than smoothed, missing data is null rather than zero, and revisions are published rather than quietly applied — so the number can survive an investment committee, board meeting, or regulator’s review.
